Negrutz the firearm shot victim took the first step and was allowed to travel to Germany to a foster home in 46049 Oberhausen.

There he recovers well from the long journey.

The foster home reports that he is a real cuddly dog and just wants to please

Despite his handicap (3 legs), he can handle it super and follows the rest of the pack….
